bar prices?

im off to san an (well, staying in the bay) in a couple of weeks, it'll be my first time in ibiza..... iv heard about the shocking drinks prices in clubs, but can anyone reccommend and decent cheapish bars? what will the drink prices be, roughly? and what time do the bars shut at?

i take it it'll be worth jumping on a bus to ibiza town one night?
 
Hi Lottie, never been to the bay but I imagine there'll be loads of places where drinks are quite reasonable. You'll get special offers earlier in the evening too.

Apart form the big clubs the rest of the island is very reasonable price wise, drink prices around San An tend to be around 2.5-3.50 for a pint, 4-6 for a bottle, 4-6 for spirit and mixer. A lot of places do free shots with your first drink too. You can always have a few drinks in your room before hitting the big clubs too.

Westend closes at six-ish, drinks prices aren't shocking round there. Eden and Es Paradis drinks prices are a bit more but not astronomical. The other clubs on the island will really screw you on drinks but you should go and see them if you can.

Definitely get yourself over to Ibiza Town. You can get the bus for less than a couple of euros.
