Would anyone know any decent websites with tips about bar and club ownership in Spain for non spaniards?. Particularly about rules, regulations etc?

i don't know any specific websites but try sticking expat and spain into google as an idea. what i can tell you is that for european residents the rules will be exactly the same as for native spanish bar owners. my advice would be to get a gestor to help with the paperwork
