Hi has anyone worked here over the summer?
got any pointers for getting a job there?
did you enjoy working there?
any help would be great!

Get there early and go to the meets advertised on the notice board at The Ship Inn. They'll be loads of applicants and numerous call backs for both these places. Mambo have retained many of the seasonal their seasonal staff for years. My girlfriend worked in the Mambo shop last year. The manager's (of the shop, Mambo's big boss Xavier seems ok) an idiot, but that be could be the case anywhere. She won't be doing that this year because we have other opportunities, but the pay is good, relative to other seasonal work in San An. They are very keen on people who speak Spanish, so if you do you may have a headstart. It doesn't harm if you're attractive either.

Bar M also have a nucleus of retained staff, but also take on people early. Get their in April to mid-May, so get in there and ask.

The earlier you get there, the better chance you'll have of getting something
decent.
