Banks/Holes in the wall

cool cheers mate - just read that someone took theirs last year but could not get any money out. Im worried now the same will happen with us. is there proper banks in san antonio though mate so if the hole in the wall did not work we can walk in and speak to someone working there to get our cash?
 
Dont think you will have a problem at all there was 10 of us all using the cash machines in san ant bay when we were away and none of us had any probs!! :)
 
I've always used the cash machines in Ibiza, there's loads in San An - you won't have a problem

There are several proper banks as well (although they are probably only open from about 9am-1pm). I've only ever used cashpoints to get money out though, so not sure how it works if you want money over the counter if it isn't a bank that you have an account with. I wouldn't worry too much though - I've never had any problems getting cash out of any of the ATMs in Ibiza.

Sometimes the cash machine closest to Space has run out of money on a Sunday so if you're going to Space would advise getting your money out before you get there ;)
 
I haven't got a Maestro or a Cirrus and my cards work fine. Anything with a Visa logo on it should work.
 
yeah as everyone has said there are plenty of banks with machines in san an.

the one ive used no end of times is just at the top of the road from cafe mambo, opposite a fruit and veg shop

never had any probs
