Bank Update...

As you all remember I had a bit of a BANK DILEMMA the other week lol. My bank had been charging me for an upgraded account I was sure I'd never asked for.

Anyway, after writing to them and turning down their offer of a £100 courtesy refund, they have finally credited my account back with all the money :D :D :D £250 in my Ibiza fund Ithankyouuuu :twisted: ;)

Thanks for everyones grown up advice! :)

you mean everyone advised you to say "SHOW ME THE MONEY, SHOW ME THE MONEY".

glad its sorted bex, feeling ripped off is one of the worst feelings in the world, especially when its been done in a clandestine way like this.:x however, getting it back is the perfect news for a friday:D :D
 
Yeah it was Lloyds... I might join Natwest, my friend works for them so can tell me if I go overdrawn lol
 
Lloyds are so :spank:

I cancelled my loan direct debit because its being paid off and they still took the money out of my account when i got paid Tuesday and wont give it back :x :x

I hope the manger of my branch appreciates my letter :lol:
