Back for more - September 10-14

A friend and I are heading to Ibiza from 10 to 14 of September 2012. We went for the first time last year and loved it so much we had to go back.

We're staying in PDB.

We already have most of our nights planned:

Monday, 10 September: A State of Trance, Privilege
Tuesday, 11 September: Together, Amnesia (Eric Prydz and Steve Aoki)
Thursday, 13 September: Cream, Amnesia

As you can see, we're mainly into our Trance, Progressive and Electro House.

Wednesday is ‘up in the air' at the moment. Space, Sankey's and Pacha are all in the mix, but any suggestions are welcome.

Originally we were supposed to be part of a bigger group but it's just the two of us now. That's not really much of a problem but if anybody wants to meet up for a drink or join us on any of our nights out, it's always a bonus meeting new people.

Hey Bob,

There's going to be a few of us out there around that time.

Monday is Armin for sure
Tuesday will probably be flower power.
Wednesday without question is New Order @ ibiza rocks
Thursday plans are also cream.

Also staying in PDB at La Noria. Possible plans to also head to DC-10 on Monday during the day. The more the merrier.
 
Sounds like there are quite a few Spotlighters over that week and a few of us doing similar nights. Raptorjones we are also doing ASOT, New Order and Cream that week. There are 8 of us in total staying at the Jabeque also. Already been in touch with G Bob as we are staying in the same place. Would be good to meet up. As you say the more the merrier :)

The numbers are constantly changing but at this stage there's at least 2 of us for ASOT both Rebecca G and myself. More people are coming for New Order - and Cream on the Thursday. I think we're planning to go to Flower Power closing on Tuesday, Friday is pretty open followed by Defected at Pacha and We Love on the Sunday.

Helen I think Jabeque is just around the corner from where I'm staying at La Noria. We could arrange to meet during the day on Monday at a bar in PDB and go from there as DC-10 had also been mentioned for that day.

Whatever works best for everyone really.
 
Hiya, we are off on the Driftwood boat party on the Monday which leaves San An at 5pm but will be back in PDB at some point in the evening before heading off to Privilege so some pre club drinks sound like a plan (if you are back from DC10) :)

PS I see you are also in Manchester. Whereabouts? I'm slap bang in the City Centre, can see Afflecks from my window
 
Pre Privilege drinks will work nicely. I arrive there early hours of Monday morning so will likely be taking it easy through the day but DC-10 does sound possible. That'll be there and then decision I think.

I live just outside of Manchester so I'm technically cheating a little bit there. It's just outside of Altrincham in a small area called West Timperley. To be fair I'm in Manchester every other weekend though. I'm guessing you live somewhere near Oldham Street if you can see Afflecks.

Oh I know that neck of the woods. I'm not actually Scottish :o I lived in Timperley til I was 8 next to Navigation Road Met station. I then spent 18 years up in Scotland so had a Scottish accent. Everybody used to call me Scottish Helen as there were a few Helens in our group so just used it as my message board name years ago. I don't even have a Scottish accent these days and get called Skellers by everyone.

I live on Church Street. It's about as central as you can get including a 9 minute dash through the Arndale to get to work :)

Very familiar with the area. nearly rented a flat in a place called the Belkin or Bewley (something like that) years ago.

If you're a regular at Venus, Sankeys and all the rest there's good chance I'll have bumped into you at one point without knowing.
 
@ raptorjones, did you ever bump into Frank Sidebottom?....Timperley was his neck of the woods I believe.

Yeah I think there is one called something like that across the road from me.

I have been known to frequent both places so may have stood on your foot at some point! Only been to 1 actual Venus night but go to Rong there quite a lot. Not been to Sankeys for about a year now but used to go all the time. I just hate how rammed it gets. Quite often go to things at Joshua Brooks especially Content nights.

Haven't been to Rong in ages but 2 of the lads Si Evans and Stu Parry who help run it I've known for years.

Think the last time I was in Sankeys was for Fedde Le Grande and it was dead surprisingly but for some reason fairly good. Haven't been to Content but have heard good reviews from everyone who's been. Keep meaning to check it out at some point.

We did consider going to the Driftwood Boat Party with Helen and her group but we've decided to spend the afternoon recharging for ASOT after an early start to get to the airport. It sounds like there will be a few of us in and around PDB before heading of to Privilege so we'll all have to swap numbers and have a drink before we head off.

Good Manchester lot going here!
I live in West Timperley but was in the city centre near Bluu in Northern Quarter until recently.
Me and the missus going on Monday 10th for 5 nights in Algarb PDB.
Meeting up with lots of friends who will already be there!

Defo doing DC10 Monday, Space Tuesday, Pacha Wednesday maybe Underground Thursday

Sounds like a plan Gareth, There's a bar on the corner opposite the side road that goes down to Bora Bora. Can't remember the name but that's quite spacious, possibly a good place to start.

Cool, we will catch up with you when you get back. Nothing worse than having to rush around if your flight is late or whatever so we can catch up in PDB if we don't fall overboard.

Hiya :) On totally different clubbing itineraries for this particular visit as I'm out with my trance mates for this one but you've got a good itinerary there.

Coco's sounds as good a place as any to start. Never been there but shouldn't be too hard to find if it's near Bora Bora. Seems like we have some sort of plan coming together. 3 weeks to go!!!
