Spiceboy101, guess I wish I was there the night you were...... I was @ Manumission's opening, great pre-party atmosphere but I thought there were too many tourists at Privelege, too many non-dancers, didn't really take off as I'd hoped.... the night took off at 8:30 a.m. @ Space, seemed everyone just wanted one thing (party!!!) and it worked, was the best 5 hours of clubbing I've had...... In fairness to Manumission, some friends went over the last 3 weeks & gave good reports. My advice to newbies is to go there @ least once, get on the guest list, get there at 1:30 a.m. why buy water at 7 euro when you can get a lovely gin & tonic for 10 euro............ Ibiza has everything a clubber wants, sometimes you find it in the small basements (unless you're a garage freak in which get your ass to Aiya Nappa where you belong.......... God Bless Aiya Nappa). In conclusion, Ibiza kicks London's ass into touch, that's why I'm going back for my fifth week in September, already got hols arranged for next year, etc, etc 8)

Most of the clubs do this so you cant say dont go to manumission cause they have high drinks prices

Thats the kids own fault. ive never been given a stare or made to feel like i have to tip, i go every year. and the bar staff work for privelage dont they?? so thats not the fault of manumission

well that shows how much you know. the whole point of manumission is the show, ok music could be better but the show is what it is all about with manumission. they are there to entertain you, they do more that just put a dj on which is why i like manumission you go there for more than to just dance.

Again i think being ripped of applies to the whole island. its not just manumission that are ready to take your every penny they all are.

Also i believe Fatboy Slim played there last week? he also did two sets one in the main room and one in the music box. there are not many places in ibiza you get tyo see him now.

I would say go to manumission if you have never been you will have a great time, dont expect the music to be great but dont expect it to be shit either as ive just said Fatboy slim plays there so it cant be that bad.

I think Manumission it's not only for the music (the music of the main room, sometimes fine sometimes crap, but always with a poor arrangement). The Coco loco room worth a visit too (you can see the sunrise through the wide windows in it. And the music box is a real club with a retro flavour and very good music.

Plus it gets special if you wander through the whole Privilege, beside the swimming pool, then upstairs to another level, the dome, terrace and garden to chill-out...

Give it a chance at least once.

Anyway I'd also choose Cocoon at this moment. I like more its music. ;)
 
Can you get readmission to manumission, or is it a case of once your in your in for the night?
 
why would you want to leave and go back in??? Surley paying that much money to get in in the first place you want to stay in for the night??
 
Have you been to privelage before???

there is a big outside bit as part of the club, we go out there to chill out sometimes and its nice, quite peaceful as well!!!
 
never been before.

Would also like to know if you can get out and back in as might need to get back out to the car at some stage of the night.
