Average bartender salary

Hi everyone.

I was wondering what is the average salary for a bartender in Ibiza. I'm 22 and I've got three years of bartending experience in London.

normally around 1500€ per month nett. can vary greatly though from place to place and then also tips vary greatly, both from place to place as well as from month to month. in may and june don't expect to make much, but in july and august you might as well make the same amount as your salary in tips.
 
Sounds good. There's not much of a tipping culture in London, so that'd be great.

What's the average rent for a studio flat though?
 
a bit of searching on the forum would give you all the answers because the same questions have been asked plenty of times before ;)

rent is the difficult bit. while it's easy to find work, finding a place to stay at an acceptable price is a b*tch. a bed in a shared room is currently 300-400€, a room at the very least 500€ a month (easily more than that) and a flat for the summer doesn't come below 1500€ at the very least, more likely 1800-2000€ a month.

Is it a common thing for bar owners to offer accomodation to their employees?
