Avenida Apartments

It's that time of year again...... Will be stopping by in July for a short 4 day stay in Ibiza. The location of these apartments looks great, close to Ibiza town and PDB/Space etc:

Has anyone stayed at here or heard anything - the reviews look too good to be true and I suspect their probably from the owners who are talking up their accommodation.

BTW - just looking for a base, clean, cheap and secure is all we are after.
