post counts encourage spam.
theres always one or two idiots who feel that to be coolest they must reply to every topic and usually just with an emoticon.
a link to offsite avatars should be included though, as well as a restriction on their size.
signature statements are a bit childish guys altho i appreciate what barbie and stuie are saying, keep sig pics, but make everyone sensible with them and just enforce some rules. its not about being fun police, we just all have different versions of fun, and your fun might put others off the board which is detrimental to the community. live and let live.

Some of the sig pics are funny, but only if they're changed by people every other day or so, or at least regularly. They get boring if you keep seeing the same ones all the time...
