Firstly I am in no way associated with or work for Aubergine! But wanted to let more people know about it because it was pretty quiet when I went, but loved it so much I really hope it does well.
A lot of ingredients are picked from the gardens on site, and the food here is fantastic. It's on the main road between Santa Gertudis and Sant Miguel and is well worth seeking out.
 
Yeah it's good. They filter or make their own water and most of the food is from the garden. Open all day aswell. Been quite a few times. Usually a toss up between there and wild beets after a heavy session
