Atzaro Apts - Playe D'en Bossa (Help)

This maybe one for the moderators or anyone who's in the know, I've already mailed the hotel group but to no reply as yet, so I thought of the next best thing!!!

Hopefully off on my 5th trip to the white isle and decided not to go down the tour operator route and do it off our own back so I spotted these apartments through this site and quite interested in staying here, but have a couple of questions.

1) There are only 2 of us going and the home page states rooms for 3 adults of 2 adults, 2 children, does this mean they don't accept couples?
2) We can only get flights which get to Eivissa late evening, therefore leaving the check in until at least 10, would there be a problem with this?
3) Has anyone stayed here? or heard reports about it, cleanliness etc??

Hope someone can help ;)

My friend stayed there last year, they are nice apartments - clean, no trouble etc and you'll have no problem checking in at that time. When you book thru this site, where it says any other requirements, just let them know that you'll be checking in at approx 11pm and you'll be fine.
