Maybe a lot of people are spending their money at Cadenza the night before now!

Let's wait for the reports on numbers as we go into the peak of the season...

dont forget a lot of the people that may go cocoon may have gone to dc10 beforehand then may not have the money or the energy to carry on!

yes but people have always gone to dc10 before. I guess they are going later due to it not opening at 8am anymore!

we went on 30/6 and it was def much quieter than prev years. we normally go in sept so may be time of year but was much better for getting room to shake your booty and move between terrace and main room.

dont know if its just cause it has such a big rep now and so many people who wouldnt normally go to such a techy night but the crowd def wasnt as friendly as other years.

we normally do 2 cocoons but went to SHM the 2nd week and much friendlier and happier crowd!

F.A.Q. : TICKETS (ENGLISH)

Greetings Party Animals :)

One of the most often asked questions relates to tickets - so let us give the opportunity to give a brief statement on how it works with the tickets to our parties:

We are selling Cocoon tickets exclusively via the bars in Ibiza and we are cooperating with about 60 different bars on the island. Many of these bars are also selling tickets for other clubs. You can normally buy tickets for the following week. From Thursdays on, Cocoon tickets for the following Monday are available all over the island. However, many bars are waiting until Monday to sell the tickets, as they are normally concentrating on one party per night.

With regards to box office sales at the night of the event, we can say that there are – except for August – normally no queues at the entrance, as the people waiting are either guest list entries or Ibicencos with their residencia tickets. According to experience, those guests who have acquired a presale ticket get in first, and guests who pay the full price normally don't have to queue up. However, in August the situation can be slightly different, as we are selling more presale tickets. In combination with the guest list and resident list, this may lead to the fact that we are not able to offer box office tickets on the night of that respective event.

VIP tickets
You can't buy VIP tickets – VIPs are selected guests of Amnesia and Cocoon. The only possibility to get access to the VIP area is to book a table for the whole night. At Cocoon parties, the VIP tables are normally sold out about a week prior to the event – so, if you are considering this possibility, you should get in touch with us early enough.

Looks like business as usual for Cocoon in the high season

Cocoon closing-After party

Will be in Ibiza from the 26th sept to 5th october for the 'closing partys' inc 'Cocoon' i was wondering if anyone knows if there will be an after party this year? i know last year was held @ atzaro i've seen the clips on you tube! Are they invite only or can you buy tickets? would love to sample an all day 'Sven session'!

how do you get invited??

mostly some people up in the VIP (at amnesia) are lucky and get an invitation. or people that know people who are part of the cocoon ibiza team. it's like friends and their friends etc. but then again, sometimes also the "odd" punter gets an invitation.

last year at atzaro, quite a few got in by just paying (like 20€). so even if you don't have an invitation, just go and try your luck. if it's a very small afterhour/place, your chances will be almost zero to get in without invitation. the bigger the afterhour, the more chances you'll have getting in without having an invitation (and maybe just bribe the bouncer).
