Are refund requests honored?

Hello,

I made a typo when buying tickets, which resulted in one party date being incorrect. As instructed on the FAQ, I sent a mail to tickets@ibiza-spotlight.com asking them to refund the wrong ticket. One week has passed, and I got neither a reply nor a refund. Is this normal? Should I get the credit card company involved?

If anyone from Ibiza Spotlight is reading this, the ticket affected is as follows:

Event: Armada, Tuesday, 11.09.2007
Ticket No.: 52857
Ticket Ref.: 5aeeca43da

always. we check and answer that email address every day. we are very strict about this.

i have checked your ticket and now cancelled and refunded. i can't find the original email, maybe it was eaten by a spam filter somewhere.
