April in Ibiza

Hi, my husband and I would like to spend the weekend in Ibiza on the 20th April, any ideas where is the best place to stay? We would like some bars and restaurants within walking distance (open ones!)...where should we go?

Plenty of bars, restaurants and hotels/apartments in Santa Eulalia open in April and even the Hippy Market is back up and running in Punta Arabi on the way to Es Cana

i'd be inclined to say ibiza town.

close to everything, open all year, not so expensive and not a bad base if you want to explore.
