appartement rentals during summer

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone knew if there are beside the yearly apartment rentals also short terms rentals during the summer months June - September ?

many thanks for the answer do you maybe know if there are any apartments available which are not at "holiday" based rental prices ? Obviously pricing are much higher during the summer time what I was wondering was if there were still ways to stay on the island during 4 months at "normal" or a bit higher prices.
