Well I'm there for 15 days this summer.

How's the location?? I heard it's close to the habor and the Ibiza town center ?

only joking. i have been a few times (but not inside the rooms) and it looks okay. yesterday
i noticed that they are doing some little reforms at the moment (like most hotels do during
the winter)!!

correct. its next to a record store (m15), a photo shop (raymar), a brothel (pm biffy for more
details ) and there are some bars in that street (cantina, etc). 3 minutes walking and you
find some of my favourite eateries: es cafetó, sa botiga and lizarrán. 5 minutes walking and
you are in the port, vara de rey or plaza del parque. lots of shops around, close to a taxi rank,
etc - what else you need?
