Apartmentos Jabeque

I just booked for 2008.....it was a close one, I thought that this year was going to be the first year not in Ibiza since 2001 for me....but after proposing to my girlfriend yesterday, she decided that she was taking me to Ibiza as our engagement gift....

Has anyone stayed at the Apartmentos Jabeque?? How are the rooms?
If I have read correctly, this is near Es Vive - is that true? I hope so, because we are all about Bora Bora during the day, and this is not too bad of a walk.

I stayed there last year in June and am going back there later this month. It's virtually opposite Es Vive, it's about 25 minutes walk to Bora Bora along the beach. I really liked the appartments - I think all of them face the sea and have very good views, they are quite spacious and the location is pretty good (you walk to in Figueretas in 10 mins, Playa D'en Bossa in 20 minutes, Ibiza Town in 30 minutes).

I would definately recommend them.
 
That's where I'm staying (from tomorrow for a week), so if I remember will give you my thoughts when I get back. Glad to hear Bora Bora (and presumably Space) are within walking/crawling distance.
 
Thanks for the reply Budgie.....I stayed at Es Vive two years ago, I just don't remember seeing this hotel.

Johnny Vodka - if you can walk to Bora Bora, you can walk to Space.
 
checked it out last week.refit is ok.food does not look good.rooms have oventop and fridge.clean hotel.but not a patch on sernis group that had it before.its now gps.
 
We stayed there two years ago but we couldn't book there last year. The hotel is good although the old battle axe on Reception is in the wrong business. The location is fantastic, handy for Bora Bora and Space but within walking distance of Ibiza Town (at least for the first week) if you struggle to find a taxi or bus that isn't full.

We eat in Figuretes a lot so it is handy.
