Apartment Recommendation needed, Figueretas

We're looking for an apartment reasonably priced (under 200 euro's per room if poss), for 4 people from 31st July to 5th August - can anyone recommend anything?

Air conditioning is essential!!

The Sirenis Jabeque looks great and has AC (I'm staying there this year).
