Ok I need to find somewhere to stay in Figueretes in August for just 1 night. We decided to extend our August holiday by a few days but the apartment we have booked is booked on the thursday so we would have to be out of there at 9.30am and have our suitcases with us all day! 8O

We dont want to do that so would like to get somewhere else to stay for the wednesday night so we dont have to get up at the crack of dawn and can leave our bags there cos we dont fly till 8pm that night.

So can anyone recommend somewhere that is cheapish, nice and not far from the main bit where all the restaurants are that will let us stay for just 1 night? :D

Thank you

playa sol

err looking for something a bit nicer  stayed there before and didnt rate them that much. I dont like salt water showers!! 8O :? also it would remind us of the nightmare bloke that stayed with us there and I dont want to be reminded of that!! 8O

thanks tho, got anymore suggestions? ;)

Sarah one thing to note is that you're going in August and most of the main hotels/apartments don't take bookings for just one night - they tend to have minimum stay of 5 or 7 nights.

I know, Ive been searching the internet :? thats why Ive asked on here if anyone knows of any. Is Playa Sol the only place that will do it then? :?

Have you tried bedbookers or laterooms.com? might be worth a shout!

If all else fails surely there will be someone on this board who will let you store your bags at their place if you really get stuck - I wouldnt have a problem doing that - unfortunately I am there in June....

Hotel Nautico Ebeso allowed us to stay for one night last September. We got in a day early before our villa rental started. Great hotel, fabulous pool over looking the water and not much traffic on the street. There's easy, free parking at the end of the road, about a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Easy, clean, affordable, all rooms have en-suite restrooms and nice common areas. I think they also provide free breakfast, but it was not that great :? It's a perfectly acceptable hotel for just a night or two - I probably wouldn't want to stay there for longer than that.
