Apart Hotel Rosamar ??

Anyone know of this hotel in San An ? if so whats it like ?
i couldent really be arsed if it was a shed with a bed cus ill hardly be in there but just would like to know ! :D

The Rosamar is an absolutely beautiful hotel!! Stayed in it 2 years ago and it's by far the best place i've stayed so far, if the prices are still about the same as we paid it's a real bargain and is quite under rated (i think it's rated about 2-3 stars by most).

You walk into the reception (marble flooring et al) and feel like you've just walked into a 5* joint! The rooms are all really clean, large & spacious with nice big balconies (i think most overlook the pool) Major plus that all rooms are fully air conditioned aswell. It also has it's own bar/restaurant etc - good food at reasonable prices, there's also a small shop 2 mins down the road selling all your alcohol, cigs etc.

Only bad points for us were that we were young and wanted to play loud dance music all the time which they weren't too happy about (we got a few complaints) but that was pretty understandable! And it is a fair distance from where the action is in San An, probably about a 45min - 1 hour walk as it is on the far side of the bay (which can be good or bad depending on which way you look at it) but there's a bus stop pretty close by, where you can catch a bus into the town, or obviously taxis aswell.

Would happily recommend the Rosamar to anyone - lovely hotel!!
 
Sounds good :D not happy about the walk but we have busses n taxies to sort that problem but under the influence of alchol the walk wont seem too long :lol:
 
aye, it's not as bad as it sounds and if there's a few of you the cost of a taxi isn't that much if you split it, the worst bit can be if you lose your mates in the club and have no money left at the end of the night....walking back as the sun comes up can be a bit of a mare :!:

Great hotel tho' i'm sure you would'nt regret staying there
 
LoL wayne we should get bidding the taxies again like we do over here but befor we go out we probly just walk or unless we meet sum people who are going to same place so it costs alot cheaper oh what a good idea from me 8)

It's a nice hotel, clean, spacious and perfect for whoever goes there. It's situated next to the Mardi Gras - the Ibiza marquee (it's a must to go there at some point, an amazing show - do no underestimate it!) and your near a water taxi point as well, leading into San An town and the further down the bay.

Work as a rep and always popular with the people who want to experience Ibiza's nightlife, it does have a familes there, so you will have to keep the noise down during the night.

Alot of friends have stayed here because it's basic, clean and beautiful.

Very elaborate entrnace, marble floor and glass walls overlooking the pool, needs an upgrade in star rating. Can guarantee you'll enjoy your holiday![/b]
 
Sounds good :) i think it will be taxi into west end n drunken walk back :lol:
 
Anyone got any pics of this place :?: Im Staying there for a week in June. Can't find much about it on the net :?
