Anyone watch....

Binge Drinking with Michelle Heaton last night on ITV1 - ok I know its a bit of a tacky programme to watch but I found myself with not much else on whilst I was tidying/hoovering up.

Just wondered if anyone else watched this and what they thought?

She had to binge drink for 30 days - seemed rather extreme to me, I always thought binge drinking was more people who go on major binges at the weekend as opposed to everyday drinking?

Oh it was awful - well what I watched of it.

The made up scenes with her husband/boyf - 'there are things we need to be doing round the house, but she's out binge drinking all the time'.

I saw the majority of the programme and thought it was bloody stoopid.

a) Surely noone other than a dedicated alcoholic would down that much liquor each week, certainly not every single day.

b) Why in gods name would anyone put themselves through that kind of torture for 30 days?

c) Although looking ropey towards the end, no way had she hammered the booze every day for 20+ days. She would have been shaking like a shyting dog if not actually in hospital.

d) The whole programme was probably a made up sham anyway!

Thats what I thought - I mean the idea of binge drinking is people who do it on friday and saturday nights for example, there was even some people on the programme at the beginning who said "at the end of the week after working all week its great to get smashed" surely thats binge drinking, not just drinking everyday like she did. Who knows.

Made me laugh how she had to go out everytime to do it, surely she could achieve the same result by drinking at home?

It's like supersize me. Interesting to a point, but which idiot interprets mcdonalds as something to eat every day?

Christ if you just eat brocolli every day it would do you in.

:D

I think it suits girls more than guys, but that's probably just from a fella's point of view. tbh I really enjoy being a ginner.

She colours it now ( think she was bullied at school  )

But she did have it bright orange once for a fashion/hairdresser show thingy, it looked fab

Subtle namechange!

Yeah, I used to get grief at school, but that's kids for you. Anything different, anything new.

I dyed my hair bright orange at puppylover's in October. Supposed to wash out in 6 washes, it's only now just about normal. I liked it!

Im not outrageous or inventive enough to think of a better name Im afraid to say! And didnt want to change it too much, just the 22 was annoying me!

Yeah its a shame kids are like that at school, as I found once you left school nobody really cared what colour your hair was, I think shes had it every colour under the sun since leaving school.

[Pulls up chair] Why, hello! ;) (nice use of the word 'quite' there!)

When I split up with my last girlfriend I decided to work out the available number of receptive young attractive ladies in my northern market town (very sad, but hey). Using census figures and a BBC poll in which only 1 in 10 girls said they found ginger men attractive, I subtracted percentages for those I'd find attractive, age ranges etc etc and came to the conclusion that there were 3 attractive ladies of child-bearing age who found ginger blokes did something for them. Unfortunately two of them were exes...

I reckon the other was probably in the local halfway house...
