Interested to know if anyone has stayed or is staying at the Klippe Appartments this summer? We're there July, arriving from Bristol. Be great to find out if that Air Con for 2005 actually works (which I doubt!!! lol) [/b]

I stayed here in 2001, they didnt have air con then :?

Very noisy hotel and they actually have a security guard - that says it all really :? Basic rooms but better than the one i stayed in last year, big balcony if your lucky, over looking the bay.

Beach is just over the road so thats handy.

from Bristol too

Hi
Im staying at the Klippe aps from July 14th from Bristol. Never been there before, but hoping to have a wicked time.

klippe

Just come back from Ibiza and was staying in the Klippe Appartments. The room we had was clean but basic and had air conditioning, but you have to put a e50 deposite down (which you get back when you leave) for the remote control to turn it on. The general vibe of the place was pretty crap, but unless you're one of those people who likes to sit round the pool all holiday drinking pints of san miguel from 9am in the morning, chances are you won't care cause you'll hardly be spending any time there, just to crash after a night clubbing. The taxi boat is only a 5 minute walk away which was handy and there's plenty of bars up and down that stretch if you don't want to venture out very far. PJ aka Juan does a pretty good breakfast in the morning just below the appartments and he's a great laugh too. Also stays open late for all those people who fancy a pizza or ham and cheese toasty after a long night out. Would advise to be extra vigilant with personal belongings as with all places on holiday because we heard reports of peoples valubles going walkies a few nights in a row (don't know how much truth there were in them though) and we did wake up to find a broken plastic chair on our balcony that had been thrown down after someone kicked off the night before. Like i said this might have been a one off, but because the place seemed pretty full of youngsters intent on getting drunk as early as possible in the morning, you never know. Anyway this is all just my own opinion and someone else might have had a totally different experience, so i'll leave it up to you to judge for yourself. On a scale of 1-5 i'd give it a 2, not because the facilities were poor, but because the people staying there let it down.
