As it says, got a couple of logos I initially need created, best quality and price required.

Biggest global marketplace for design solutions, take a look how it works on their page, it's great.

Had something done there, spot on.
 
i've had really good luck on Fiverr - can't go wrong with the pricing there in case they don't get you a design you didn't totally care for. I've gotten logos done there for $5 which were just as good as 99designs.

Seen this as an option and wasn't sure. Might try it for one just to see, cheers.
 
go on there and search for logos or logo designers... then sort the results based on highest recommended.

if you do want PSD files (for future changes you can make yourself) they usually charge say $20+ for that but if you are fine with a jpg/png that's included.
