I've just told the idiots to cancel my contract. They are apparently going to bill me for the remaining 10 months of my contract and will take that from my bank on my next payment date (just cancelled the direct debit so good luck on that!) The speed is never nowhere near what it should be which was my complaint!

Aaron will they release my line so I can get another provider even if i don't pay the £200 they want?

Don't know to be honest. Will ask my mate who works with an ISP.
 
BT. 2Mb connection for just £25 a month.

Regular d/l speeds of 180Kps and rock solid. Don't care what anyone says about them - gotta love it
