Anyone interested in a Secretarial career??

if so, I shall be manning a stand at the Olympia on Wed 16th May from 11.30am telling people what a fabulous company Accenture is, why I work for them and basically trying to entice any budding Secretaries into my puppy world of Sensible Exec by day.......

Oh for the new starters, I should imagine so, its part of their training after all... :roll:

However, since we had our in-house catering service in place - I cant remember the last time I made a cuppa - I just call and its delivered - just like having a butler to be honest... ever so impressive.....:? :?

Anyway - on a weather front - what's london's like this week - is it skirt and shoes or trousers and boots type weather???

i fcukin hate snobs like you laughing at people cos of what job they do and thinking you're better than everyone all the time.

sure pups is from south shields and she's old enough to be my mum (no offence steph) but that's no reason to mock her. scum!:x :roll:

Done that before.

Was asked in the middle of a Board Meeting if I could pop to M&S for some underpants as he had to stay overnight in Newcastle. Cheeky sod - I just asked "Would that be small or medium" Simon. ;)

Yeah basically - stand there, tell them your experiences of working within the firm and give them some literature to read, give then the low down on what their remuneration package would be etc etc.....

2 hours on a stand then the rest of the day to myself to shop/sightsee whatever really.....

Why do you do this? I mean, why does your company needs to "advertise" to find secretaries? Does the brit market is in lack of secretaries? I'm specially shocked cos it's Accenture
