Not taking the mickey, just an observation. Having said, I type 'gonna' rather than 'going to' sometimes and 'em' rather than 'them', so I suppose it's just the extreme of that...

Has anyone else noticed too with the northern irish and some scots, they type "the day" and "the night" instead of "today" and "tonight"??
