This is a true btw:
I was playing squash and the squash court was enclosed with no windows, so we had to use a token for the electricity meter.
When the token ran out the court was pitch black and you are supposed to make your way out.
The dude i was playing with thought it would be funny to quickly run out and jam the door shut from the outside - leaving me in the dark.
The squash court doors were really big and heavy and the only handle on the inside is a small steel ring which you have to "flip" out of the door. This is to stop you falling against it when you are playing squash.
Unfortunately for me the steel ring was brand new and was quite sharp. So as i put my foot against the wall and pulled with all my strength against the jammed door, two off my fingers were severed.
One of which was stitched back on.
Ohhhh, felt that one. Bet your mate was sorry.

I once worked in a bakery when i was sixteen.
Didn't last long. Thought I was on a roll, but they soon told me I was wasn't using my loaf. I only did it to earn a crust.
Last year I had a motorbike accident and whilst I didn't lose my thumb I crushed the bone in the end of it. My right thumb is now about 4mm shorter than the left and there's no feeling at all in it from the tip to the knuckle. Makes holding a pint feel very weird as it feels as though there's a massive hole in the glass! I can't pick up small items such as pens or hold a needle in my right hand.
Your tongue? Brings this message to a different level. If you talk too much, are you not worried it may fall off?
