hey we going to san an bay and really want to see some sites, any suggestions on what to go see. are there tour bus's....(as you probably gathered it is going to be our first time there)

When I first went to Ibiza (as i have done with I nube of Islands) is to hire a bike (of you have a FULL uk Bike licence) and follow the coast road.
The 'tour' busses don't take you to the special places of Ibiza. as they are some what off the beaten track. If I was you I would get the AA map of Ibiza (Island series 3 from WHSmiths) and drive around the roads marked in red and also spend a day on all the beachs marked in blue.

depends what you dig really. personally the booze cruise dont appeal to me, but i can see why people like them. the great thing about ibiza imo is that being so small means you are only 30 mins for something different.

my fave day time activities are hitting the various beaches, snorkelling at port des torrent is amazing huge fish. san miguel would be a nice one if you are getting taxis about, bennirias is my favourite though getting a taxi may be difficult back - maybe one for it you get a car, or bike - though i would advise against bikes they seem so dangerous.

exploring ibiza town during the day, evening or night is a must. and also trying a restaurant in the street of restautants in santa eulalia.

i would avoid trips with the tour companies, i've done it several times on holidays previously and looking back they were a sheer waste of money.

the great thing about ibiza, is that having a resource like this site means you research everything and as well as getting super excited you can plan your own thing and make sure you do all the best stuff.

One thing you must do if you're in San An bay is catch a sunset at Kumharas.

You could also leg it accross the bay and go scuba diving for the day- can't remember the cost, but I've still got a photo of me under the water at a depth of about 20 metres :D

Bar M, Itaca and Orange Corner are on the way to San An Town.

You could explore the local beaches.

You could get a boat accross the bay, have a meal at my favourite place to eat (El Rincon de Pepe) and then go and catch a sunset at Cafe del Mar, Cafe Mambo, Coastline, Savannah's or Kanya.

Whatever you choose to do I'm sure you'll have a great time!

Oh, and if you do hire a vehicle, you could go to the hippy market at Es Cana or San Carles, or catch one of the nights at Las Dalias which are not only cheaper, but better than the big clubs IMHO.
