Any halfway decent house nights in Bristol?

I am sick to the back teeth of my other half trying to get me to go to drum n bass  It'll never happen. However Bristol seems to be devoid of house music (apart from hed kandi on thursdays at Brownstones)

Theres also a new night called Pukka Up at brownstones on a friday night, haven't been myself but it only stared last week so may take a few weeks to get up and running!!

They always tend to have a house room at the scream monthly event at the academy.

Bank holiday sundays also tend to have a bit more in the way of house, they have House Rules (used to have Safe House) at bar room bar on the water front, which is free entry and tends to get rather busy but still a good night. :D

Hope this helps, let me know if you want any more info!!

drum n bass

I used to live there years ago and back then it was FULL of drum n bass heads! I can't believe it's still the same.

But then again, Bristol people have always been breakbeat fans so this isn't much of a surprise! :)
