Anti Spyware - Help

Hello everyone.

I keep getting pop ups saying that I need anti spyware, my computer is unbelievably slow for such a modern computer. Does anyone have any advise on what software to buy or how to prevent spyware from getting into my PC?

adaware- free
spybot search and destroy - free
spyware guard- free
spyware blaster - free

run them all, then run them all in safemode again. update them and run once per week
stop clicking dodgy porn links!

Use mozilla firefox as an internet browser instead of Internet Explorer. It stops spyware from getting to your pc in the first place, i've had none at all since I started using it about a year ago!
