but i am curious to know what from all this tunes are
actually playing over and over in the island these days..

All the people that just back from the island - Now its your turn!

I guess I'll see here a lot of "The Man With The Red Face" ..;)

Back since 1 week and here is what I heard the most:

Sebastien Leger - Jaguar (heard @ fmif @ pacha, bora bora, la troya @ space, we love sunday @ space, sa trinxa - with a live saxo player omg!!, in lots of bars,...this tune was everywhere...)
Fragma - Tocas Miracle (Inpetto Remix) (again heard it nearly everywhere)
Delirium - Silence (Niels Van Gogh vs Thomas Gold Remix)


Not that much "Man with the red face"... only 1 or 2 times.
 
2 others that I forgot:

Deux - The time is now (heard @ pacha, supermatxe @ privilege, bora bora, armada @ amnesia - 2nd room, again some bars in playa den bossa)

Tocadisco - Murumbi

I'm going back in september... I wonder how it will be at that time as the season is only starting and there was still plenty of last year songs.

Mark Knight & Funkagenda - The Man With The Red Face
Radio Slave - Grindhouse (Dubfire Terror Planet Remix)
Fragma - Toca Me (Inpetto 2008 Remix)
Energy 52 - Cafe Del Mar (Various Remixes)
Eric Prydz - Pjanoo (Original + Remixes + Bootlegs)


That should sum it up right there!

For the sake of those who haven't been on the island yet, keep on writting some more tunes all the Ibiza 2008 refugees...
 
not a great list tbh, Grindhouse is decent though :arrow:

far too much sax in that mark knight take on MWTRF :arrow:
 
i think i went to different clubs to everybody else - the only tune out of those i heard 'out' was grindhouse.

old but 'the sky was pink' blew me away. also, 'mushroom man' by butch, 'disco unusual' by plumps, tonka's 'orca' (tonka is/are class), h.o.s.h's remix of music from the heart and lucky star by the 50 year old ming dog crack rat look-a-like.
 
The tunes I heard the most were Pjanoo every 5 minutes and that Sandy B - World Go Round remix lol

Style Of Eye - The Big Kazoo got played in Cocoon a few times and Robert Babickt - Dark Flower (Joris Voorn remix) also.

i think it's luciano's "classic of the year". he played it at least twice at cocoon so far (july 7 and august 11). long live 1994 - the age of love (w.o.f.s. rmx) is definitely one of the biggest tunes EVER imo.
 
Wow... people are still gettin mad when i am playin Tocas's miracle and deadmau5.... my most wanted tunes of Ibiza this year for sure.....

I have been :roll: to the Fragma remix....but i heard it this past weekend in a club and it sounded pretty amazing.... As for the rest i haven't actually heard any of them out...except one remix by ??? that Armin Van Buuren played on night in a mini house set!!! 8O It was fantastic.

agreed. absolute classic and fav of mine.

sasha has also played a few times recently, space opening, few gigs when he's played with diggers. they obviously made sure it went down in history by including it on the renaissance comp. legend.
 
When I first heard Pjanoo I thought, wtf, whats all the hype about?!!!

But the more I hear it the more I f:)cking love it
