Another Formentera question!!!!

Does anybody know if you're allowed to take a Ibiza hire car over on the car ferry to Formentera? and how much is the ferry?
 
hi
normally rent a car companys don't allow you to take the cars out of the island, in case you want to take it to the mainland for example, I suppose that this rule is the same between islands. You should call someone and check it.
Why don't rent a car in Formentera? we rented one some time ago cause silvia advice us to do it early because there isn't many cars to rent over there, but maybe you could find one.

It's cheaper to rent a car in Formentera than take it to the island
 
Ok Cheers, will just get the fast ferry and hopefully get a car the other end..... any companys you recommend?
 
at least once in your life, everyone has to experience the feeling of arriving 'too late' in formentera, when all that is left to hire is a couple of rusty push bikes...................
