Amnesia/Space/Dc10 closings

was at DC-10 from about 3pm.... had been up the entire night beforehand and got ridiculously wasted that i had to leave at 9:30pm.... 
although the hours that i was there were unbelievable!!!!! Dubfire completely tore the main room to shreds from 7:30pm to 9pm... the terrace was pumping as well!!!
didn't even make it to DC-10 after-hours as i was still overwhelmingly "bamboozled" ( thanks SophieVip for my new favourite description word)....
also spent around 5 mins trying to get into my room with the key for the quad... didn't know what was going on... thought someone had swapped my door with someone elses door...

Woweeee what a weekend!
Amnesia was good, although we were so excited to be here that we ended up arriving at 3am. I was so wasted I ended up jumping around to chuckle in the main room (cringe and insert video and my mate and I doing the 'drill' a la video of Bennassis satisfaction).... Anyhow: we were having a real giggle at the situation.
Then on the terrace we saw the last of Matinee. Which was actually quite good. However, praise The Lord when Tenaglia came on, not sure what time it was, was super deep and tribal and I absolutely loved it. We ended up leaving at around 9am, as my mate was convinced that we would wait hours for a taxi, fun time was had by all.
Space was epic, don't know who we caught on the sunset terrace in arrival around 10pm but he got everyone going. Then we met some mates near the front of the carpark but was soooooo packed. Caught Dubfire and a bit of Coxy, then headed into the main room for Geiser and Magda Geiser was my set of the holiday. A-mazing... Loads of room to jump about, and just brilliant.
Then onto la Terrazas for Joris Voorn, so glad to finally see him, he smashed it. Little bit of Richie. But again too packed. Just had the best time.
DC10 was pure messiness, we arrived around 3pm which was perfect, loads of room and quality tunes. As it got more packed we lost Ric and co. but was a blast while with them. Left in the end around midnight. Ellen Allien was on top form, as was dub fire.
Now staying in San An for a couple of days to recharge. Although.... I've just seen the DC10 re-after at Grail..... Temptation

The Discoteca stopped the music about 9.30am, walked outside and the Sunset Terrace was going strong. Music stopped at 11.45am where a lot of people piled over to Ushaia with the free wrist bands they were giving out. Ushuaia actually kicked off at 8am til 4pm then on to DC10

Dettmann & Klock smashed the main room to bits. Quality set!
DC10 was pretty rammed but not unbearable. Any less so and I would have been worried with that line-up!
Literally can't remember any of Space closing - apparently we got inside at about 6.30am so missed most of it anyway

Went to Space Closing at 4am for a few hours (Had been at Blue Marlin where Kerri Chandler played a cracking set)....Terraza wasnt crazy busy but was fun! Discoteca was rammed and going off!
DC-10 was phenomenal. Were 6 or 7 sets that I heard that blew me away. Particularly some of the sets in the Garden (Squillace + Tanzmann, Troxler, Jamie Jones) and earlier in the Main Room (Dixon, Ben Klock, DJ W!ild). Stayed till the end on the Terrace from about 1am. Maceo Plex surprised me given how tough he played vs. his productions and sets I have heard at places like Sonar and WMC
After party at Sands was nearly as good as DC-10. Got there at 4pm and was Appolonia guys and Seth Troxler on the decks. Troxler was hogging the decks all evening having a great time dancing away. Was a shame they pulled the plug at 12 on the dot as place was really getting going.
I went to the openings this year and closings 09 and 10 and this year was no where near as busy at any venue I went to. Maybe something to do with deciding to move it a week a later in the middle of the season. Either way was perfect. Being in the garden at DC-10 dancing at 11pm with space to move was a nice and new experience!
Think next year will stay till Thurs and do Underground closing too and not go to Ushuaia
