amnesia Armin van Buuren

is Van Buuren going to be playing every week at Armada then?

We go the 11th til 21st, would be awesome if hes playing when we are there!
 
got to have lasers with dance music dont feel right with out them

going to see ferry costen at slinkys tomorrow night going to be banging

can someone just confirm for me, i know Van Buuren does the Armada @ Amnesia night, im just wondering does anyone have the dates for this and will he be playing all of them?

the rumours are

that he is doing all but 3 of the nights
the Aug 12th is Armin only in the main room
he will definitely be also doing the opening & closings

nothing confirmed yet tho

Where did you get this info?

And do you know which 3 nights he isn't doing?

I have to agree that lasers work the best with trance, but are very nice with other dancemusic as well IMO. The lasers just have to be controlled properly, so that they match to the music... I have not seen that many lasers at Space either, but all of a sudden at Carl Cox - Closing party last year something happened that I was not expecting to happen or atleast not in such scale. At first when Carl was starting his set they had a laser or two, like they normally do at that party, but then later on they went insane with those lasers as all of a sudden they were using four lasers coming from the front where the king of clubs him self were playing his set. From there they started to add more of them as if it was candy and there was a few times when I remember counting 10 active lasers at work. You can imagine how full of beams the discoteca was at space then with 5 lasers coming from the front and other 5 from the back. It was unbeliveably spectacular as on top of that all the lasers were clearly mastered to match Carl's brilliant set.

All that was special I believe as it was a closing party. I have not seen such laser show in action in any of the clubs on the island before, but on a "normal" night I would say they have the best laser works at cream and armada in amnesia. I could assume there will be lasers at tiesto in privilege this year and hopefully there will as that building is so large with it's high sealings making it a ideal place for lasers to be used.
