I have used them a couple of times before.
Desk in the airport and you can collect keys while someone waits for your bags. Pick up the car just opposite in the multi car park. Bit of a tight squeeze getting the car down the ramps though so take your time!
I have also been upgraded twoce whe using them, would definately use them again.
