Though, to be fair, it doesn't look like they picked out the most educated people for these interviews.

Then again, it's hard to argue with the guy who recommended we invade France next

Gotta give the Russians some credit to.

They played ball with Hitler & co to begin with (which resulted in them getting blitzkrieged) but in the end they sacrificed a hell of a lot and had 3 times as many German troops to deal with on the Eastern Front than we did on the West.

Hmm, the nazi-soviet pact?

Yeah, Hitler reckoned that "operation barbarossa" would take 3 mths tops, hr didnt reckon on the resilience of the Soviet army or the Russian winter, big mistake, left him overly exposed on the western front ;)

Hahahaha aren't americans so fcuking stupid, y'know, like the way the generalise (on the attitudes of) a whole nation like Korea..."

I think the people who are "more stupider" are the one who watch it and take it for anything more than what it is.

A cheap, dumb feature just looking for comments like those on here.

Well bitten lads

True.. total miscalculation. Who would have thought you could lay seige to St Petersburg for 2 years and still not take over the city!? And that Volgograd fiasco!

The Soviets didn't have great weapons, at least not in the early years of the war... but they had numbers. Lots and lots of souls to throw at the enemy.
