These are GREAT!!!!

Looking at these makes me want to get a helicopter ride around the island.... does anyone know if there is a way of doing such a thing and the cost involved if there is?? :)

I've read on here that you can hire smal planes, mentioned here 2004 by 'Tony' http://www.spotlight-forums.com/showthread.php?t=15080 and there's been other similar post in past.

I hired a hot air ballon last week, but didn't get close to the coast!
 
There is a big Pacha balloon that has appeared beside Es Paradis this week. Possibly for tourists to go up in?

A static balloon has been mounted on land near the Es Paradis discotheque in San Antonio as an advertising method for a different club in Ibiza Town. The name of the discotheque has now been blacked out, as it is doubtful if it is permissible. The Town Hall reported that a licence for small alterations had been granted to the owners, but not to act as a publicity hording, which is illegal.
 
when do you think the photos were taken? I think about 2000-2001? Im going by Coastline buildings apparently being built but not finished
