All Inclusive!

i booked my hol to ibiza the other day and just thought wat the heck go all inclusive. now am just wonderin wat the house ales are? and the house spirits? anyone got any ideas???? am goin to hotel Nautilus.

i am gonna get pi***d as a fart no matter wat they are like but was just wonderin.

and if all else fails pink panther is only 200 yards down the road from the nautilus xxxx:lol: :lol: we will definately get you drunk..
 
I stayed at the Nautilus for my stag week last year, Sue is right she will look after you with various friut based jugs.

With regards to All-Inc the booze is rubbish, I dont think they serve San Miguel or Estrella and the vodka tastes like its slighlty petrol based. But if you just want to get pissed I suppose it will the job.

it breaks my heart to see the empty streets.. the bay used buzz early evenings ..now it is empty until midnight then it resembles shawn of the dead has the all inclusives hotels close there bars.. we are so lucky to have lots of loyal customers , so we still stay busy xx but many of the other bars and restaurants are empty..
In some places i think all inclusive works well, ie carribean as you have a choice of 5 restaurants and top shelf spirits and entertainment..and not much to do outside the hotels.. but in san antonio bay.. most of the hotels only have a small buffet, very low standard drinks and no entertainment. and so many nice restaurants and bars in the area on offer..sorry to rant..but i love ibiza and i hate to see this happening:p

i just dont understand why someone would go to ibiza, then choose to sit in their all inclusive hotel and get pissed the whole time.

as well as harming local trade, its just dull. the booze is rubbish, the food is rubbish. theres just no need whatsoever.
 
I feel the same about the need to get pissed anywhere on the island - why bother to come when you can get pissed in your own home and save so much money.................................... sad
 
well... I am certainly not gonna be sitting in my hotel all week just getting drunk... The only reason i booked all in is just in case we run out of money... at least we have something 2 fall back on!! I have every intention in getting out to all the bars, clubs etc in san an bay and elsewhere.... I was just using my head for a change... it doesn't happen very often!! :lol::p:D

Im with you on that one Hun - we have booked AI and for the very reason that I am completely rubbish at saving money (I always have been) so even tho we will be out and about (especially in Pink Panther) we have the hotel to fall back on so we will never go sober (or starve!!) :p :p

If you see the rpice of drinks all over the island and specially in the clubs.
I understand that people choose for AI.

you can get a good 3 course meal for about 15 euros including drinks at most restaurants in the bay, a pint of beer is 2.5 euros and 1 pint of cocktail from 4 euros.in majority of bars...I dont call that expensive.. I know the clubs are expensive but that is true any where in the world..:lol: :lol:
 
I got all inclusive and it was a great backup for days I didn't want to leave Playa D'en Bossa, especially at the beginning of my trip, but there were days when I felt obligated since I paid for the food and then I felt I was missing out. They did offer a picnic lunch which I took advantage of many times (three sandwiches, canned pate or tuna, cheese, fresh fruit and mineral water), missing dinner was a pain but there are, as Sue has stated, a lot of reasonably priced places to eat and drink and its great to get out and do something different.

Dont worry Sue - we will be visiting the Pink Panther on more than one occassion I can assure you!!! :p

Lilmissluvahug and friends popped in to the pink panther tonight, they were a little late at 2am... but she did a great karaoke version of cant fight the moonlight then took over the dance floor with cha cha slide and grease lightning:lol:
