Algarb or Ebano hotel?

Hey all

Just found flights for £60 so going to head back over for 4 days at the end of September.

Just a quick question re the above. Last year at the same time we stayed in the Ebano which we thought was really good considering the price. Was just about to book again when I noticed that we can stay in the Algarb for the same price but all inclusive compared to self catering.

We'll be eating out most lunchs and every dinner but thought that as breakfast is thrown in and seeing as we could drink for nothing whilst chilling round the pool is it worth a punt?

Is it a clean hotel? I read somewhere on here that people thought it was an 18-30, is that the case? Are the drinks alright or are they watered down and served in a little plastic cup?

Any views on the above gratefully received.

Many thanks

Andy

My mother stayed there in June (Algarb) we came over from San Antonio to visit her for the day, there seemed to be quite a mix of ages and nationalities, the drinks are served in little plastic cups, but weren't watered down, we didn't eat there but me Ma said there was plenty of choice, for the same price as self catering I'd go for it for the drinks alone.

Hello mate

We are flying out during the week which I assume has brought the price right down.
Tuesday 27th till Fri 30th, Ryanair from Bournemouth cost us £135 for two including all taxes etc, not bad at all really.

Hope that helps

Andy

Cheers mate, that is useful.
Think we will go with the Algarb, as you say, for the drinks alone it's worth it but if the foods not bad we'll at least use it for breakfast.

Of course it's worth it, the Algarb is a great hotel right on the beach.

Was there for 10 days in July all inclusive.

Heading back soon.

I'm sitting on the beach outside the algarb now looking what to do tonight! Hotel is good. Rooms are clean and not too small. All rooms have a good view, there's plenty to eat and the food isn't bad. Drinks come in small plastic cups but you can order two at a time. Premium spirits still carry a charge but all the measures are large like most places in ibiza. Ferry to formentera ferry is 5 mine walk, bora bora 5 mins, space 10 mins. Bus stops right outside and is 10 mins to Ibiza town or Salinas. Spa over the road is useful. Just don make any noise after midnight - I had a warning for playing music from my phone which wasn't loud. Overall Aa great place to be in PDB. Hope that helps. :)
