How do you cook yours? Do you add anything new? Do you use wine?

Wine? 8O 8O 8O

Paella is a very plain recipe, if you add anything new or wine or even meat it's not a paella and it's just rice with whatever. ;)

I love it with artichokes and prawns or lots of veggies and rabbit tho ;)

I printed off a load of paella recipes and I found a few with wine added, I suppose to give it a bit of ooh la la. I think it sounds quite nice.

Whats the thing with Spanish and rabbit?, it is shocking to see the poor thing skinned at the deli

Yes but you are the aristocracy and that's what they do shoot pigeons and then roast them  ;)

You chicas are making me hungry, and it is only 9AM now. Rabbits are yummy. I find it easier to skin them than chickens… far easier.

Pigeons remind me of when I lived in Pakistan. The young ones are great for their meat. The older ones are good for soup.
