Aftermath of the Weekend

OMG... I´m getting old! We were in Neuss (Germany) in one of the best clubs in Germany called "Tribehouse". On the decks were:

* Moguai
* Phil Fuldner
* Moonbootica
* Ante Perry
* Groove Rebels

We were there for about 7 hours and I can´t remember more then 60 minutes.....

The party was on saturday and I had to stay at home on monday because I was a wreck and could not go to work....

How this will be next year with this other seven freaky girls on the White Isle???

After this journey I can start to drawing my pension I guess

You've got to work on your party stamina. I suggest training in preparation for next summer.

I'm 33 and I keep my party stamina up by hitting the clubs at least twice a week. Party until morning but don't overdo it (when you get too tired, go home).

Eventually, you get your recovery time down to a few hours, which allows you to maintain a proper Ibiza party schedule. I did 7 days straight last year (and 8 nights out of 11) without a hint of difficulty. 8)
