Advice needed for moving to Ibiza

Hi,

I am trying to find an source (ideally website) that I can get some information, in english, about moving permanently to the island. Basically I need to find out about buying a home/some land, any resources that have been set up to help foreign nationals move to the island etc.

I know this isnt the most fun topic but any help would be really apreciated. My wife and I have decided we love the island too muh to keep coming home so now we are trying to get everything sorted for a permanent move.

If the price is low it mean the property owns money to a utillity co.

Water & ele can (and does put a lean on the property) is money is owing
