Advice for Australian couple coming for first time in June

We are planning to come to Ibiza for the first time in June 2004. There is very little information available here( apart from what we can find on this site!) We met at a dance club in Sydney 5 years ago, and were thinking of having a small wedding ceremony, then going straight out to party for the next few days.( better than the usual wedding circus with relatives)
Any ideas on a nice place for the getting married bit, nice hotels to stay, and which clubs have high energy music would be greatly appreciated.

Sydneysider here.....you will love Ibiza, although there is honestly not much in the way of 'high energy' in the major clubs.

There is hard house and trance ie Lisa Lashes and Judge Jules have their own nights and Cream is a big trance night, but other than that, it's mainly house, progressive, a bit of techno, trance and a small amount of hard house.

As far as hotels, it depends on what part of the island you stay in.......San Antonio, Playa D En Bossa or Ibiza Town. Perosnally, i would not recommend San Antonio to a newly married couple........Playa D En bossa and Ibiza Town are the most cosmopolitan of the main towns and a nice mix of people and things to do.

Have a look at the hotel section on this website. I stayed in one of the Fiesta brand hotels last year and that was fine. Fiesta have about 10 hotels all over the island.
