Adam Freeland takes the honours in the latest "Fabric Live' compilation. His intention was to mix a true likeness of one of his Fabric dj sets. If he has succeeded or not in this respect will be up to the people who have been witness top one of his Fabric sets. Regardless Freeland has succeeded in producing an exciting mix of his favourite tunes for Fabric's LIVE series. He's also known for being frustrated by small-mindedness and obviousness so expect a cool mix of rock, breaks, drum 'n bass, electro and deep house.

Fabric 16 contains a diverse blend of breakbeat styles by the scene's most upfront and original producers like UNKLE, Evil Nine, LFO and Radioactive Man but it's also Freeland and his band who contribute to the mix by delivering several stunning tracks, such as 'We want your Soul' and 'Mind Killer', released through Adam's own Marine Parade label. Fabric 16 was mixed using 3 decks, CDJ's and Abelton live and a digital delay unit for the cool effects. A truly fine example of another name DJ seeing that 2 decks is simply not cutting it these days.

Fabric 16 is released on 21st of June in UK/Europe.

Think I'll be doing this, the fabric cd's are lush and it works out well cheap! Do they backdate them for you Robo?

You can buy previous editions - they cost £10. When and if you register to the subcription you will get the most recent released cd, in your case it will be Nitin sawhney - fabriclive 15, which is a very cool cd.
