Accomodation assistance

I require assistance in seeking accomodation for a weekend in Ibiza this year for my Stag Weekend.

The plan would be to fly from Glasgow on the friday evening and come home Monday night. Possibly over the We Love opening weekend 16- 19 June.

So need a place to stay for 3 nights.

Any recommendations? Sensible choice would be for somewhere on the D'en Bossa/Figuretas side.

How many of you are there Scott?? Do you just want somewhere basic to put your head down or something a bit more fancy??

Dunno about numbers yet - just worrying abotu me just now :p

Basic would be fine i think.
plan is get there - pure pacha, sat night anywhere, space sunday & dc10 monday then home to quietly die

Have you looked at the Maratimo in Figuretes, loads of people I know have stayed there, it's a nice location and if you get a seaview the balconies and view are way better than Es Vive, rooms are a decent size too and clean and comfortable. You can book it thru Expedia.

Looks like we shall be seeing you there again Scott :D

Might search for apts tho (fridge essential)

Yeah that's the only downside no fridge altho for a long wkend that's not so essential as for a week I find. There's the ones next door to Es Vive, they're apartments, good price, again on Expedia. I know Becki was looking at them for June, I'll direct her to this thread cos she'll be able to remember the name of them ;)

Is Laura planning a similar trip to Ibiza for her hen wkend ;)
 
To be honest i have no idea what she has in mind for that

I just jumped for this cos i will miss my yearly Ibiza fix with the honeymoon being Mexico
 
Well hellooooo I have been dragged here by Babs!

Scott, my friends stayed in Playa Sol apartments last year and were really impressed with them. I think there's two buildings, Playa Sol 1 and 2, I think 2 is the better of the two, it's a bit newer.
You can book through Expedia and they're REALLY cheap! They're basic apartments, but clean and the one my friends got had a fab view overlooking the beach.
Like Bab's said they're in between PDB and Figuretas, just up the road from Es Vive.

I'd definately recommend them, in fact we were quite jealous of our friends apartment when we were stuck in a horrid room in Maritimo with a brick wall for a view!

We might see you there anyway as we're looking to book them from 16-26th ;)

Looked at Playa Sol 1 and it seems ok so if 2 is better then either!
Amazingly cheap too

Getting the people into gear will be tough tho but already got 1 almost definite, i practically want to book tonight!!!
 
No probs...

I personally wouldn't book Maritimo again, as the room we got was terrible. the view was of a brick wall (seroiously, thats all we could see), and the air con didnt work properly. Plus it's always nice to have a fridge etc isn't it?
