A night inland?

As some of you know, we are heading over 4th June for 5 nights on honeymoon and I am hoping to PLAN a couple of nights to go somewhere and do something.
We usually do Santa Eularia one night, San An maybe two nights for sunset, and Eivissa maybe one night.

As another option, Ive always fancied exploring inland ibiza for a meal, either lunch or dinner.

What are the best villages/towns to newbies who want to experience a little less of the commercial Ibiza but still with good food and drink?

Santa Gertrudis is a brilliant place to go in the evening - it's lively with loads of atmosphere. It has a ridiculous number of bars and restaurants considering its size. Macao Cafe is a good Italian restaurant - and if you just want a cheap night, get one of their ace pizzas to take away and eat it in the village square. Bar Costa is well worth a visit too.

Cornucopia in Sta Getrudis is another great option. We had an amazing meal there last Sept.

I quite like the evening atmosphere on the central square, with everyone sitting outside at all the cafes.

No, I'd call it Mediterranean. A mix of all the region, really.
I had a kind of Moroccan-style lamb stew with couscous when we were there, while the missus had sliced duck breast in a port wine sauce. Delicious (and big portions!)
