I know this song and I'm sure I've had it for a long time but the name just won't come... It's a pretty minimal song and it goes like this

Duh duh duh duh duh duh duh der-der duh - and it repeats...


all the 'duh's' are int the same key but the 'der's' are higher and there is an uplifting synth that comes in for the 'drop'.

I think it's quiet a big track so someone should know...
 
also, I should of said I think it's more minimal house than minimal techno, but I'm not overly clued up on all these sub genres.
 
It's more distinctive than it sounds, If I had a mic I'd record it using my voice and someone would probably get it straight away.
 
Just come to me, It was Faxing Berlin by Deadmau5, I still can't figure out which version though as it says it's the original on the Mixmag CD but I don't think it is. Anyone?
 
It could possibly be one of Deadmau5's 400 other tunes that sound just like it, or quite possibly a tune by the 30 other artists who have been attempting to emulate his style. hehe, but for real my guess would be "Deadmau5 & JELO - the reward is cheese"
 
It's off of his Mixmag CD and it is titled as Faxing Berlin, though it does sound a bit similar to the reward is cheese it's not the track. also there are no synths over it, it seems my mind made them up.

It sounds better with them in m head though, I should remix it. :lol:

Mixmag got the tracklisting slightly wrong on the Deadmau5 cd. You may be thinking of Not Exactly
