A few questions about working in San Antonio

Hey guys!

I'm looking to move to Ibiza this summer and need some advice so I have a few questions.....

Will i come away with any money?

When is the best time to get out there?

How much will i need to last a week while i look for work?

Can you reccommend any good workers accommodation?

When should I book everything?

you'll need some of course, but anything from 200 to 1000 € is possible.

When is the best time to get out there?

either in april/early may if you want to work in bars, etc. or last week of may up to no later than 2nd week in june if you want to do club promo.

How much will i need to last a week while i look for work?

how long is a piece of string. same as answer to first question.

Can you reccommend any good workers accommodation?

there are lots but the best way is to be here. book a cheap hotel for one week or just a return flight.

When should I book everything?

as soon as you've made a plan!

Thats great help, thanks. One more question though - Will I be able to save any money and have some left over which I have earnt at the end of the holiday?

well if you come with the attitude that it is a holiday, then the answer would be no... but if you come to work harder than you party then it is possible, it depends more on what you spend than what you earn:D
good advice from grego, but I would book cheap hotel and return flight for at least 2 weeks to give yourself time to find a job and somewhere to live. If you don't succeed at least you have had a holiday and get home safely.
You will need at least 1 months rent and 1 month deposit for a workers apartment and at least money to last for 1 month for food etc..if you get a job , you probably wont get paid for 1 month.
