A dwelling in Ibiza this winter.

Hola everyone. I am looking to spend this winter in Ibiza and I am therefore looking for a place to live. If you have a room or a small apartment that you would like to rent out please let me know. The only major requirement I have is that it must have excellent wifi so that I can a) continue my work, b) find new work in Eivissa. I would happily come out to see you first so that you can vet me and then we can agree a good deal. My budget is quite low realistically, until I find suitable work, but I would want the project to be beneficial for both of us so I will be sensible on prices (the best I have found so far is 15 euros per night/450 per month but the place wasn't ideal). I am a hard working engineer with my own company and I intend to spend the rest of my life on this amazing island. I am sure I can compliment your business too (even though I assume it is not very likely to be in engineering). Maybe I could even support your business and the rent could be part payment for my services. All options are good options at this stage. I will be there within 24 hours of your reply to this message, such is my desire to be in Eivissa. Can't wait to hear from you. Cheers.

Lucky you, hope it works out for you. Look up Martin Makepiece / Shaggy from Ibiza property shop in San An.. might be able to point you in the right direction?
 
Many thanks. I am familiar with these sites and haven't found prices that match my requirements so far. I wouldn't mind renting a room in a villa if people are doing that sort of thing. As long as my laptop works and I can see the sun I'm happy. I'm sure someone is sitting there thinking "I wish I could rent my room/apartment out to someone I can trust". Here I am :)

make yourself member of the ibiza winter residents fb group. sadly there´s a lot of rubbish posted on there, but sometimes there´s good info and I´ve started to see ads popping up there from people wanting to rent out their rooms or apartments for the winter.

one word re costs - your budget is indeed quite low. you might find a place to stay for this amount, but keep in mind that from about december until march you will have to have some form of heating and costs for that are always extra.
